Birds of a Feather

I have a high-flying fascination with birds that traces back to my very first piece of avian art - a painting of two ducks, seen directly below. This early creation opened my eyes to the storytelling potential inherent in birds set against different landscapes. Soon, more ideas began to take flight, eventually culminating in a collection I've titled "Birds Of A Feather". This ongoing series of oil paintings is meticulously crafted with special attention to light, mood and meaning. My aim is to provide an immersive experience for the viewer, drawing them into the scene and creating a sense of wonder and awe at the natural world. Beyond their aesthetic appeal, these works also have meaningful themes, encouraging deeper reflection and contemplation.
